Terms and Conditions

§1 Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the rental of hotel rooms for accommodation as well as all related services provided by Hotel Evermore.

§2 Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded through the guest's booking and its acceptance by the hotel. Bookings can be made by phone, email, on our website, various internet portals or on site.

§3 Services

The hotel provides the guest with a room for the agreed duration. Breakfast is included in the room rate unless otherwise agreed.

§4 Prices and Payment

The prices agreed at the time of booking apply, including statutory VAT. Accepted payment methods are: cash, debit card, credit card, bank transfer in advance and PayPal.

§5 Cancellation and No-Show

Free cancellation is possible up to 2:00 PM on the agreed day of arrival.

For cancellations after 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, 90% of the agreed total price will be charged.

The guest reserves the right to prove that the hotel suffered no damage or significantly less damage.

§6 Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

§7 Pets

Pets are allowed. The owner is liable for any damage caused by the pet.

§8 Non-Smoking Policy

Hotel Evermore is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee of €250 may be charged in case of violation.

§9 Liability

The hotel is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence. The statutory provisions of §§ 701 ff. BGB (German Civil Code) apply.

§10 Group Bookings

Individual arrangements apply for group or special bookings.

§11 Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is – insofar as legally permissible – Fürth.
